Job Description:
ECI has a cool job opening for an Associate Software Engineer, specifically as a Dedicated Engineer. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for helping users with tech issues, data problems, and anything related to the applications they use. You'll get to dive into troubleshooting, analysis, and research, using your tech skills to fix things. This is an on-site job with a schedule that includes different shifts, even night shifts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Figuring out problems and working with different teams to find solutions.
- Keeping everyone in the loop about how the applications are doing.
- Finding ways to make things better, like improving monitoring and making sure applications run smoothly.
- Using your skills to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems.
- Getting to the root cause of issues.
Who They're Looking For:
Knowing at least one programming language is a good start.
Being great at optimizing and writing SQL queries and stored procedures is important.
If you've worked with SAP S4Hana, even better.
Experience with internal apps and supporting applications is a thumbs up.
You should be good at solving problems and can work well on your own.
Communication is key, so having excellent communication skills is a must.

If you've got certifications, that's an extra gold star.
Understanding data modeling and data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with other databases and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is a good-to-have.
